We warmly invite all guests to our open days, which take place every year in July. It’s a wonderful opportunity to get to know our community and enjoy the unique atmosphere of the settlement.

The Settlement of Ancestral Estates
"Cedar Avenues"
The settlement was inspired by the luminous images of the New Civilization presented by Anastasia in Vladimir Megre's books from the series "Ringing Cedars of Russia."
The history of the Settlement began in 2014 when a 38-hectare farm with an old homestead was purchased near Drawsko Pomorskie, where the first family settled. The area was divided, and a Common Area with a Common House was created, along with an internal road, plots for afforestation along the county road, 22 homestead plots, and an area for children, currently named the Dream Space "Naturalnia."
By 2024, after 10 years, 7 families reside permanently in the Settlement, of which 5 families live on their Ancestral Estates. The remaining 2 families occupy the old homestead and the Common House and are preparing their Estates for habitation. Several homesteads are regularly visited during the summer season by families who, for personal reasons, cannot yet reside permanently in the Settlement.
Ancestral Estates are developed according to personal feelings, beliefs, and capabilities, utilizing Anastasia's guidance. Decisions affecting all Residents and the Common Area, impacting the entire Settlement, are made by Residents at the monthly Settlement Meeting.
The Common Area and Dream Space are managed by the Settlers through collective efforts and resources voluntarily and task-oriented (e.g., financial resources). All work and activities related to the Common Areas occur through mutual information and are agreed upon during the settlement meeting, are voluntary, and accessible to everyone.
In the Settlement, we lead a healthy lifestyle, and our intention is for it to be a space free from the consumption of meat, alcohol, tobacco, and other substances, GMOs, as well as religious and political agitation.
The planting of the Cedar Avenues was completed in 2021. The cedars along the internal road on the Ancestral Estates remain under the care of their residents, while we all take care of the cedars planted in the Common Areas.

Settlement of Family Estates "Blooming Gardens"
The settlement is located in the heart of the Drawsko Landscape Park in the Drawskie Lake District. It is situated in the village of Nowe Worowo.
The settlement is inspired by the vivid images of Anastasia found in the books of Vladimir Megre from the series "The Ringing Cedars of Russia."
Initially, on December 10, 2015, there were 18 hectares of the original land of the settlement, from which 14 one-hectare plots – Family Estates, 3 hectares of Common Land, and the School "Happiness," Amphitheater, and internal roads were later created.
The settlement consists of Family Estates, and the strength of our settlement comes from the strength of individual Families and Clans living in good neighborliness, understood as mutual kindness, trust, and support, along with shared responsibility for the well-being of the settlement.
Hereditary Estate CIEPLIKÓWKA
Since February 1, 2022, we have been the owners of the Hereditary Estate in the Settlement "Blooming Gardens."
We come from Poznań and have two school-aged children.
Basia and Tomek from Brzozowy Raj convinced us to change our previous life. They told us about the books of Vladimir Megre, whose message turned out to be consistent with our approach to the world.
In March, the first works began to prepare our space for establishing a garden. With the help of a few people from neighboring settlements, we managed to designate a spot for drilling a well, fence off a significant part of the plot, and prepare the area where our first small house would stand. March was abundant with planting and organizing work. We planted about 200 spruces and other coniferous trees, which will eventually create a forest. Even today, our eyes are delighted by the ponds and a large pond. We created sizable permaculture mounds on which tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, cabbages, beans, and sunflowers grow.
One of the more important visions of our life in the settlement is energy and food independence, hence our own living water from the deep well and electricity powered solely by solar energy. We managed to build a cellar where we successfully store our harvest and preserves.
The past year has been marked by beekeeping. We managed to harvest our first honey. We also fulfilled our dream of having our own animals. We have ponies that we gave a new life to and three horses living in free-range conditions.
Our idea for life in the Hereditary Estate is based on growing our own food, honey, preserves, oils, bread, as well as producing natural cosmetics and natural medicinal products.
Hereditary Estate BRZOZOWY RAJ
Just like every tree needs strong roots in the ground to have a beautiful and sprawling crown, a person needs to find their place on earth to grow and establish their roots.
Several years ago, when we left Poland in search of a proverbial bread, we knew it was essential for our roots to remain in the country and for us to return there. By the end of 2020, we began contemplating our return. We wanted to find a place close to nature, among positively spirited people with whom we could build truly friendly relationships.
We came across a post with photos showcasing the area of the Hereditary Estates called Blooming Gardens, and with each photo, our eyes sparkled more and more. We longed to visit in person, to see and feel this land. One of the "conditions" for acquiring land there was to read the books "The Ringing Cedars of Russia"; we purchased the entire set, and while reading them, we found that the ideas contained within were very close to our hearts, perfectly aligning with the vision of the world in which we wish to live. Thus, on May 21, 2021, we established our Hereditary Estate - Brzozowy Raj.
One of the more important points of our vision for life in our own Hereditary Estate is energy and food independence, which is why from the very beginning we focused on gradually planting our land with fruit trees and bushes.
The year 2023 proved to be a turning point when work on the future house began to progress very dynamically. It was also the first time we established our own vegetable garden, from which we harvested quite a substantial yield in the fall.
The current year (i.e., 2024) is marked by the construction of the house, and all our efforts so far are focused on achieving this goal.
All the time, we are taking further steps toward energy and food independence, so in the future, a greenhouse and a root cellar will be established.
